{"id":4633,"date":"2021-06-29T18:37:20","date_gmt":"2021-06-29T17:37:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ecoforest.com\/espana-42-viviendas-alcorcon\/"},"modified":"2023-05-24T13:25:21","modified_gmt":"2023-05-24T12:25:21","slug":"spanien-42-haeuser-in-alcorcon","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ecoforest.com\/de\/reference-installations\/spanien-42-haeuser-in-alcorcon\/","title":{"rendered":"42 Wohnungen alcorcon &#8211; Geothermische Anlage"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>El sector de la construcci\u00f3n, como importante consumidor de energ\u00eda, est\u00e1 evolucionando de forma r\u00e1pida hacia una mayor eficiencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es por ello que la cooperativa de viviendas Scaya Alcorc\u00f3n Sociedad Cooperativa Madrile\u00f1a, como promotora del proyecto desarrollado por NOIR Arquitectura, ha establecido unos requisitos de alta eficiencia energ\u00e9tica y ahorro para el sistema de climatizaci\u00f3n y producci\u00f3n de agua caliente sanitaria de las 42 Viviendas Unifamiliares Adosadas en el municipio de Alcorc\u00f3n en Madrid, cuya edificaci\u00f3n ha iniciado recientemente Bauensa Constructora S.A. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.akiter.com\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Akiter Renovables S.L.<\/a>, en colaboraci\u00f3n con la empresa de ingenier\u00eda energ\u00e9tica Gbingener Siglo XXI, ha dise\u00f1ado el sistema de climatizaci\u00f3n y producci\u00f3n de agua caliente sanitaria usando como generaci\u00f3n <strong>bombas de calor geot\u00e9rmicas<\/strong> junto a suelo radiante-refrescante como sistema.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"485\" src=\"https:\/\/ecoforest.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/alcorcon-edificios-1024x485.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1066\" title=\"\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ecoforest.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/alcorcon-edificios-1024x485.png 1024w, https:\/\/ecoforest.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/alcorcon-edificios-300x142.png 300w, https:\/\/ecoforest.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/alcorcon-edificios-768x364.png 768w, https:\/\/ecoforest.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/alcorcon-edificios.png 1140w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>De acuerdo con las caracter\u00edsticas de la edificaci\u00f3n y las condiciones geol\u00f3gicas de la zona, para extraer la potencia calor\u00edfica necesaria se realizaron 30 sondeos verticales de 135 metros de profundidad cada uno. El sistema de captaci\u00f3n tiene un total de 4.050 metros de perforaci\u00f3n geot\u00e9rmica. Es una instalaci\u00f3n en cascada de <strong>3 bombas de calor agua-agua<\/strong> Ecoforest inverter modelo <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/ecoforest.com\/es-es\/bombas-calor\/geotermica\/geotermia\/133-ecogeo-hp-alta-potencia\">ecoGEO HP3<\/a><\/strong> con un rango de potencia de 15-70 kW cada una. La demanda energ\u00e9tica punta se dar\u00e1 en modo calefacci\u00f3n y est\u00e1 calculada en 205.000 W por todos los conceptos. El dep\u00f3sito acumulador de ACS es de 3.000 l (2 Unidades) y el dep\u00f3sito de inercia de solo 500 l.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La emisi\u00f3n de fr\u00edo-calor ser\u00e1 por suelo radiante-refrescante, va sobre una placa de EPS de 30 mm de espesor y 30kg\/m3 de densidad en las dos plantas vivideras. Cada vivienda lleva un crono termostato en el sal\u00f3n que actuar\u00e1 sobre una v\u00e1lvula de zona a la entrada de cada vivienda y termostatos de ambiente electr\u00f3nico en el resto de las habitaciones. El control del consumo energ\u00e9tico de climatizaci\u00f3n se realiza mediante contadores de energ\u00eda que est\u00e1n instalados a la entrada de cada vivienda y reporta el dato de consumo de forma telem\u00e1tica al administrador de la comunidad.
