Dies wird durch die Nutzung des HTR-Systems erreicht, das gleichzeitig K\u00fchlung und Warmwasser liefert.<\/p>\n\n<p>Das Haus verf\u00fcgt au\u00dferdem \u00fcber eine 8-kW-Photovoltaikanlage und eine Speicherkapazit\u00e4t von 7 kW in Batterien. Diese Komponenten arbeiten mit unserem e-manager-System zusammen, einer in alle unsere W\u00e4rmepumpen integrierten Software, die die Nutzung der von den Solarmodulen erzeugten Energie optimiert. Diese Energie wird sowohl in den Batterien als auch in Form von W\u00e4rme gespeichert, sodass jeder Kilowatt \u00dcberschuss-Solarenergie in bis zu 5 kW W\u00e4rme umgewandelt und in einem 150-Liter-Pufferspeicher gespeichert werden kann. Dar\u00fcber hinaus wird dank der \u00dcberschusskonfiguration die W\u00e4rme auch im Warmwasserspeicher gespeichert.
