K\u00fchlung, Warmwasser (ACS) und verwaltet den Pool eines Einfamilienhauses in Porto Rafti an der griechischen K\u00fcste. Aquascience, Partner von Ecoforest, hat ein Projekt entwickelt, das sich auf die Reduzierung des \u00f6kologischen Fu\u00dfabdrucks dieses Einfamilienhauses konzentriert.<\/p>\n\n<p>Die Anlage besteht aus einem neu gebauten Einfamilienhaus mit einer Fl\u00e4che von 220 m\u00b2, das sich \u00fcber drei Etagen (Keller, Erdgeschoss und Obergeschoss) erstreckt und in dem die W\u00e4rmepumpe ausschlie\u00dflich \u00fcber ein geothermisches Kreislaufsystem f\u00fcr Heizung, K\u00fchlung, Entfeuchtung, Warmwasserbereitung und die Steuerung des Swimmingpools sorgt.<\/p>\n\n<p>Durch den Einbau des HTR (Heat Recovery System) kann die W\u00e4rme aus dem System zur Beheizung des Schwimmbads ohne zus\u00e4tzlichen Energieaufwand zur\u00fcckgewonnen werden, was die Energieausnutzung des Systems noch weiter erh\u00f6ht. Als Abgabesysteme kombiniert die Anlage Fan-Coil-Einheiten und Fu\u00dfbodenheizung.<\/p>\n\n<p>Gem\u00e4\u00df der geomechanischen Studie von Aquascience Ltd. ben\u00f6tigt das System eine Leistung von ca. 18 kW und 4 kW f\u00fcr die Beheizung des Schwimmbads. Die Anlage besteht aus 4 Bohrungen mit einer Tiefe von jeweils 100 m. In den Bohrungen wurden vertikale Doppel-U-W\u00e4rmetauscher installiert.<\/p>\n\n<p>Anschlie\u00dfend wurde die gesamte Bohrungss\u00e4ule mit einem w\u00e4rmeleitenden Material aus einer Bentonitmischung (Zement und Sand) verf\u00fcllt. Die Temperatur des Untergrunds ist das ganze Jahr \u00fcber konstant und wird nie durch \u00e4u\u00dfere Einfl\u00fcsse (K\u00e4lte, Hitzewellen usw.) beeinflusst.
