Installateur<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<p>Auf der Grundlage eines vom Bautr\u00e4ger des Ferro-Geb\u00e4udes in Auftrag gegebenen Energieaudits wurde festgestellt, dass die bestehende Klimaanlage veraltet war und weder den geforderten Komfort noch die erforderliche Energieeffizienz bot. Daher hat das vorliegende Projekt die Beschreibung, Berechnung und Auslegung einer neuen hybriden Heizungsanlage auf erneuerbare Energietr\u00e4ger f\u00fcr die Klimatisierung des Geb\u00e4udes Ferro auf dem Campus Norte der Universit\u00e4t Vigo in der Stadt Ourense, die einen Gro\u00dfteil des Energiebedarfs des Geb\u00e4udes deckt.<\/p>\n\n<p>Die alte Klimaanlage des Geb\u00e4udes verwendete zwei \u00d6lheizkessel mit einer Leistung von 535 kW\/St\u00fcck f\u00fcr die Heizung, sieben Klimager\u00e4te mit Direktverdampfung f\u00fcr die Versorgung des gesamten Geb\u00e4udes und zwei K\u00e4ltemaschinen mit einer Leistung von 332 kW. Diese bestehende Anlage wird in keiner Weise ver\u00e4ndert und dient lediglich als Unterst\u00fctzung der neuen erneuerbaren Hybridanlage in Zeiten von Spitzenbedarf, mit allen Vorteilen, die dies sowohl in Bezug auf die Energieeffizienz als auch f\u00fcr die Umwelt mit sich bringt.<\/p>\n\n<p>Daher wurde die Realisierung eines W\u00e4rmeerzeugungssystems geplant, das aus 5 geothermischen W\u00e4rmepumpen ecoGEO HP 25-100 kW (Ecoforest) besteht, um den Bedarf von 86,7 kW\/Einheit im Heizbetrieb (dem Hauptbedarf des Geb\u00e4udes) zu decken. wobei das hybride Erfassungssystem \u00fcber 36 geothermische Bohrungen mit einer Tiefe von 140 m in der unmittelbaren Umgebung des Geb\u00e4udes sowie \u00fcber 3 Au\u00dfenluftw\u00e4rmepumpen (\u201eDry Coolers\u201c) verf\u00fcgt, die 36,7 kW\/Einheit im Heizmodus liefern k\u00f6nnen und auf dem Dach des Geb\u00e4udes installiert sind.<\/p>\n\n<p>Das neue Erzeugungssystem wird an die derzeit verwendeten Heizkreise angeschlossen, die auf der Nutzung der vorhandenen Klimaanlage basieren.<\/p>\n\n<p>Mit diesem System sollen Energieeinsparungen von 701.045 kWh\/Jahr erzielt und der Aussto\u00df von 223,27 Tonnen CO2 pro Jahr vermieden werden, was der CO<sub>2<\/sub>-Absorption von 11.603 B\u00e4umen entspricht.<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"767\" src=\"https:\/\/ecoforest.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/Sala_tecnica_edificio_ferro-1024x767.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-8887\" title=\"\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ecoforest.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/Sala_tecnica_edificio_ferro-1024x767.jpeg 1024w, https:\/\/ecoforest.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/Sala_tecnica_edificio_ferro-300x225.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/ecoforest.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/Sala_tecnica_edificio_ferro-768x575.jpeg 768w, https:\/\/ecoforest.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/Sala_tecnica_edificio_ferro-1536x1150.jpeg 1536w, https:\/\/ecoforest.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/Sala_tecnica_edificio_ferro.jpeg 1600w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Abbildung: Technikraum (5 ecoGEO HP).<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Verantwortliche f\u00fcr die Durchf\u00fchrung der geothermischen Anlage<\/h2>\n\n<p>Antragsteller dieses Projekts ist die Universit\u00e4t Vigo mit Sitz in Lagoas s\/n, Campus Universitario, in Marcosende, 36310 Vigo, Pontevedra.<\/p>\n\n<p>Der unterzeichnende Projektplaner ist David Novoa Rodr\u00edguez. Die Arbeiten zum Austausch der Klimaanlage wurden von Energanova Soluciones S.L. durchgef\u00fchrt.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Standort der Baustelle<\/h2>\n\n<p>Die Anlage befindet sich in der R\u00faa Doutor Temes Fern\u00e1ndez 1 im Stadtgebiet von Ourense.
