App Configuration

The EcoSMART Easynet is a compact device, similar to a black modem, that ensures your heat pump system stays connected to the internet. With a stable connection, you can monitor and control your system remotely via the app.

To link the app correctly to your heat pump, simply enter the following details from the ecoSMART Easynet label:

1. ecoSMART easynet serial number
2. First 8 characters of the PWD field
3. NETY Code, found below the QR code
