Ecoforest\u2019s solution not only ensures comfort in spaces with opposing thermal demands but does so while <strong>optimising energy consumption, reducing the payback period to under ten years<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Asc\u00f3 sports complex posed significant <strong>challenges due to high heating and DHW demands<\/strong> needed to maintain the <strong>pool temperature<\/strong> between 27\u00baC and 29\u00baC, provide <strong>domestic hot water, climate-control<\/strong> the building and restaurant, <strong>and support high-demand areas<\/strong> such as the sauna. <strong>Simultaneously<\/strong>, exercise rooms require <strong>cooling to dissipate heat<\/strong> generated by users. These units provide <strong>simultaneous heating, cooling, and DHW<\/strong> through a single, highly efficient <strong>system enhanced with High Temperature Recovery<\/strong> (HTR) technology.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The installation also <strong>integrates photovoltaic<\/strong> solar energy, <strong>storing surplus energy<\/strong> as thermal energy in water tanks, effectively <strong>turning the building into a thermal battery<\/strong>.
