Both projects feature <strong>cascaded Ecoforest ecoGEO<sup>+<\/sup> HP heat pumps<\/strong> in very different application environments.<\/p>\n<style>.wp-block-kadence-advancedheading.kt-adv-heading55582_0c17ac-63, .wp-block-kadence-advancedheading.kt-adv-heading55582_0c17ac-63[data-kb-block=\"kb-adv-heading55582_0c17ac-63\"]{font-style:normal;}.wp-block-kadence-advancedheading.kt-adv-heading55582_0c17ac-63 mark.kt-highlight, .wp-block-kadence-advancedheading.kt-adv-heading55582_0c17ac-63[data-kb-block=\"kb-adv-heading55582_0c17ac-63\"] mark.kt-highlight{font-style:normal;color:#f76a0c;-webkit-box-decoration-break:clone;box-decoration-break:clone;padding-top:0px;padding-right:0px;padding-bottom:0px;padding-left:0px;}<\/style>\n<h2 class=\"kt-adv-heading55582_0c17ac-63 wp-block-kadence-advancedheading\" data-kb-block=\"kb-adv-heading55582_0c17ac-63\">Asc\u00f3 Sports Centre<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"has--font-size wp-block-paragraph\">In Asc\u00f3, <strong>three <a href=\"https:\/\/ecoforest.com\/en\/category\/heat-pumps\/ground-source-heat-pumps\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ecoGEO<sup>+<\/sup> HP1 20-85<\/a> HTR heat pumps<\/strong> are the heart of an <strong>intelligent HVAC system<\/strong> featuring heat pumps, ventilation, dehumidification, and heat recovery systems in a demanding installation with simultaneous heating and cooling requirements.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The installation not only guarantees <strong>comfort in spaces with opposite thermal demands<\/strong>, but does so while optimizing energy consumption, making it possible to <strong>reduce the payback period to less than ten years and lower the operating costs of <\/strong>a type of project that is often a burden on municipal budgets. With less than one year of operation, the installation has a <strong>SCOP of 4.5<\/strong>, with peaks of <strong>5.2<\/strong>. Annual heating demand has been reduced by more than <strong>75%<\/strong>, carbon emissions by more than <strong>90%<\/strong>, and residents&#8217; energy bills by <strong>50%<\/strong>. Thanks to the renovation, the building has achieved an <strong>Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) rating of A<\/strong>. The installation was carried out by <strong>Seingenia<\/strong>, <strong>SITAG<\/strong>, and <strong>Iberdrola<\/strong>.
