as\u00ed como conceptos de arquitectura pasiva, tratando de adaptar el dise\u00f1o del edificio a los est\u00e1ndares de sostenibilidad. El proyecto pretende generar un espacio interior de calidad en el que alumnos y profesores puedan desarrollarse y disfrutar del proceso de aprendizaje, una actividad fundamental en edades tan tempranas.<\/p>\n\n<p>La superficie a calefactar es de 550 m2, con unas demandas energ\u00e9ticas de 15 kW en calefacci\u00f3n, por lo que con una demanda de 27 W\/ m2, est\u00e1 en camino de las futuras normativas.<\/p>\n\n<p>La captaci\u00f3n se realiza mediante un aerotermo AU12, el cual se ha colocado en el interior, evitando el impacto visual, as\u00ed como costes de mantenimiento.<\/p>\n\n<p>La bomba de calor instalada es una ecoGEO B2T 5-22 EH, capaz de producir calefacci\u00f3n y agua caliente sanitaria a altas temperaturas.
