fases distintas: la primera, descrita a continuaci\u00f3n, de 75 viviendas y la segunda de 98 viviendas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En este proyecto se decidi\u00f3 instalar bombas de calor geot\u00e9rmicas, por ser el m\u00e9todo m\u00e1s eficiente para climatizar con energ\u00edas renovables y producir calefacci\u00f3n, refrigeraci\u00f3n y agua caliente sanitaria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image viviendas est\u00e1 climatizada por 2 bombas de calor ecoGEO HP3 25-100 kW, capaces de producir 200 kW de energ\u00eda t\u00e9rmica para satisfacer la demanda de todas las viviendas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El sistema de captaci\u00f3n consta de 42 pozos geot\u00e9rmicos de 100 m de profundidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" el uso de bombas de calor geot\u00e9rmicas es posible alcanzar rendimientos incre\u00edblemente altos, como se muestra en la siguiente imagen. En marzo, el rendimiento estacional era de 5, es decir, 1 kW de energ\u00eda el\u00e9ctrica consumida genera 5 kW de energ\u00eda t\u00e9rmica o, dicho de otro modo, se obtienen 4 kW de energ\u00eda t\u00e9rmica extrayendo energ\u00eda de los pozos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A lo largo del a\u00f1o, la eficiencia estacional mejora incluso hasta 5,5.
