El Gobierno aprob\u00f3 un real decreto-ley con medidas para ayudar a reducir los efectos econ\u00f3micos y sociales causados por la Guerra de Ucrania, incluyendo una reducci\u00f3n del IVA para pellets, briquetas y madera para le\u00f1a usados para calefacci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Estas medidas entrar\u00e1n en vigor el 1 de enero de 2023 y movilizar\u00e1n aproximadamente 10.000 millones de euros de fondos p\u00fablicos para ayudar a los grupos m\u00e1s desfavorecidos frente al aumento de los precios de los alimentos y otros bienes esenciales, as\u00ed como el coste del suministro energ\u00e9tico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
El primer apartado del real decreto-ley se enfoca en medidas fiscales relacionadas con la energ\u00eda, espec\u00edficamente reduciendo el IVA para los biocombustibles s\u00f3lidos y el gas natural: <\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cHabida cuenta de que la situaci\u00f3n generada por el incremento de los precios del gas natural persiste, se considera oportuno prorrogar, hasta el 31 de diciembre de 2023, la reducci\u00f3n al 5 por ciento del tipo impositivo del Impuesto sobre el Valor A\u00f1adido que recae sobre todos los componentes de la factura de las entregas de gas natural, as\u00ed como de las entregas de briquetas o \u00abpellets\u00bb procedentes de la biomasa y a la madera para le\u00f1a utilizados como combustible en sistemas de calefacci\u00f3n, con el objeto de minorar su importe\u201d. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n La rebaja del IVA del 21% al 5% para pellets<\/a> se extender\u00e1 hasta 2023. Esto es una buena noticia, tanto para los compradores como para los vendedores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Esta medida alentar\u00e1 el uso de una tecnolog\u00eda renovable, sostenible y local para la calefacci\u00f3n.
