edificio Zugligeti L\u00f3vas\u00fat es una pieza llena de historia en plena capital h\u00fangara. Este proyecto consiste en la reconstrucci\u00f3n de la antigua estaci\u00f3n ferroviaria en Zugliet. El edificio fue reconstruido en el a\u00f1o 2016 con el apoyo del estado h\u00fangaro y el FEAG, con el apoyo de Hegvid\u00e9ki\u00a0 \u00d6nkorm\u00e1nyzat. Finalmente se reabri\u00f3 el 17 de septiembre de 2017 al p\u00fablico en general.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La empresa <a href=\"https:\/\/geoconcept.hu\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Smartcool Kft<\/a>, distribuidor oficial de Ecoforest en Hungr\u00eda, realiz\u00f3 todo el proyecto de climatizaci\u00f3n de la que fue la estaci\u00f3n final de tren a caballos en Hungr\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Antecedentes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La construcci\u00f3n de este edificio data a finales del siglo XIX, siendo en un primer momento la estaci\u00f3n final del ferrocarril a caballo. Posteriormente, acabar\u00eda convirti\u00e9ndose en una parada simple que inclu\u00eda en su interior otro tipo de servicios dentro de las instalaciones, como una oficina de correos. Finalmente, en 1977 pierde toda su funcionalidad y se abandona.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tras varios intentos, finalmente se aprueba un proyecto de reconstrucci\u00f3n y el edificio se convierte en un museo con cafeter\u00eda y restaurante, uso actual del mismo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"884\" height=\"587\" src=\"https:\/\/ecoforest.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/Sin-nombre15-2.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-30246\" title=\"\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ecoforest.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/Sin-nombre15-2.png 884w, https:\/\/ecoforest.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/Sin-nombre15-2-300x199.png 300w, https:\/\/ecoforest.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/Sin-nombre15-2-768x510.png 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 884px) 100vw, 884px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Descripci\u00f3n de la instalaci\u00f3n<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Para dar servicio a este complejo se instalaron dos bombas de calor geot\u00e9rmicas Ecoforest de alta potencia. Una ecoGEO HP1 12-40 kW y ecoGEO HP3 15-70kW. La bomba de calor geot\u00e9rmica ecoGEO HP1 se utiliza para la producci\u00f3n de agua caliente sanitaria y calefacci\u00f3n, mientras que la ecoGEO HP3 se usa adem\u00e1s para refrigeraci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se instal\u00f3 un intercambiador de fr\u00edo pasivo que es gestionado por la bomba de calor ecoGEO HP1 12-40 para enfriar la zona de captaci\u00f3n y recuperar la energ\u00eda de los pozos durante el verano. De esta manera podr\u00eda decirse que se est\u00e1 produciendo frio activo y frio pasivo de manera simult\u00e1nea. Esto es posible gracias a la tecnolog\u00eda de las bombas de calor Ecoforest que permiten una gran versatilidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La captaci\u00f3n es un sistema geot\u00e9rmico que consta de un total de 24 pozos realizados mediante perforaci\u00f3n vertical.
