refrigeraci\u00f3n y agua caliente sanitaria (ACS) a la vivienda gracias a su sistema avanzado centrado en la eficiencia y el rendimiento. Un rasgo exclusivo de este sistema es el m\u00e9todo de desescarche, un proceso que optimiza el rendimiento estacional (SPF) al detener temporalmente el compresor. Con un rendimiento estacional de 3,8, el sistema demuestra su eficacia, alcanzando un impresionante valor de 5 durante los meses de verano. Esto se logra aprovechando el sistema HTR para simult\u00e1neamente brindar refrigeraci\u00f3n y agua caliente sanitaria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La vivienda tambi\u00e9n cuenta con una instalaci\u00f3n fotovoltaica de 8 kW y una capacidad de almacenamiento de 7 kW en bater\u00edas. Estos componentes trabajan en conjunto con nuestro sistema e-manager, un software integrado en todas nuestras bombas de calor que optimiza el uso de la energ\u00eda generada por los paneles solares. Esta energ\u00eda se acumula tanto en las bater\u00edas como en forma t\u00e9rmica consiguiendo que cada kilovatio de excedente solar puede ser convertido en hasta 5 kW t\u00e9rmicos, almacenados en un dep\u00f3sito de inercia de 150 litros.
