Como un ejemplo de los retos de este proyecto, la sala t\u00e9cnica tuvo que ser instalada en una antigua bodega con techo abovedado, lo que oblig\u00f3 a la instaladora a crear un plan espec\u00edfico en 3D para asegurar el correcto emplazamiento de las bombas de calor en el edificio. Se perforaron trece pozos de 100 metros de profundidad para abastecer de energ\u00eda a tres bombas de calor <a href=\"https:\/\/ecoforest.com\/en\/products\/heat-pumps\/ground-source-heat-pumps\/ecogeo-5-22\/\">ecoGEO<sup>+<\/sup> B4T 5-22 HTR EH<\/a> y dos dep\u00f3sitos de inercia de 500 litros de acero al carbono de Ecoforest. El sistema alcanza un coeficiente de rendimiento estacional de 4,7.<\/p>\n\n\n<style>.wp-block-kadence-advancedheading.kt-adv-heading_86aa39-ba, .wp-block-kadence-advancedheading.kt-adv-heading_86aa39-ba[data-kb-block=\"kb-adv-heading_86aa39-ba\"]{font-style:normal;}.wp-block-kadence-advancedheading.kt-adv-heading_86aa39-ba mark.kt-highlight, .wp-block-kadence-advancedheading.kt-adv-heading_86aa39-ba[data-kb-block=\"kb-adv-heading_86aa39-ba\"] mark.kt-highlight{font-style:normal;color:#f76a0c;-webkit-box-decoration-break:clone;box-decoration-break:clone;padding-top:0px;padding-right:0px;padding-bottom:0px;padding-left:0px;}<\/style>\n<h3 class=\"kt-adv-heading_86aa39-ba wp-block-kadence-advancedheading\" data-kb-block=\"kb-adv-heading_86aa39-ba\"><strong>56 pisos en Madrid con un rendimiento estacional de 6,7<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La empresa espa\u00f1ola <a href=\"https:\/\/geoter.es\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Geoter<\/a> ha conseguido dise\u00f1ar una instalaci\u00f3n que cumple con los est\u00e1ndares m\u00e1s altos de la certificaci\u00f3n medioambiental BREEAM a pesar de tratarse de un edificio con 56 apartamentos. Una cascada de tres <a href=\"https:\/\/ecoforest.com\/en\/products\/heat-pumps\/ground-source-heat-pumps\/ecogeo-hp\/\">ecoGEO<sup>+<\/sup> HP3 25-100 kW<\/a> produce calefacci\u00f3n, refrigeraci\u00f3n y ACS en combinaci\u00f3n con suelo radiante y refrescante que cubre una superficie de 6.700 m2. El edificio se construy\u00f3 prestando un cuidado especial al aislamiento termal y con un sistema de ventilaci\u00f3n de doble flujo para la recuperaci\u00f3n de calor. Como resultado, un rendimiento estaciones de 6,7 muestra una alta eficiencia que podr\u00eda ser f\u00e1cilmente replicada otras instalaciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Finalista: casa familiar en Irlanda del Norte<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Con el objetivo de seguir los principios constructivos Passive House y de asegurar los puentes t\u00e9rmicos y la estanqueidad de la instalaci\u00f3n, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dalyrenewables.com\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Daly Renewables<\/a> escogi\u00f3 una bomba de calor <a href=\"https:\/\/ecoforest.com\/en\/products\/heat-pumps\/ground-source-heat-pumps\/ecogeo-1-9\/\">ecoGEO<sup>+<\/sup> B4 1-9kw EH HTR<\/a> para facilitar un sistema de calefacci\u00f3n a baja temperatura en una casa familiar en Irlanda del Norte. Hibridada con paneles solares, el excedente de energ\u00eda aumenta la temperatura de agua caliente a 58,5<sup>o<\/sup>C (desde 45<sup> o<\/sup>C) y la temperatura de calefacci\u00f3n a 22<sup> o<\/sup>C (desde 20,5<sup> o<\/sup>C), lo que permite que gran parte de la calefacci\u00f3n y del agua caliente se produzca sin coste. Por ello, la carga t\u00e9rmica estimada es de 11W\/m2 y los costes totales de la calefacci\u00f3n, ACS y refrigeraci\u00f3n para el primer a\u00f1o han sido de s\u00f3lo 132.00 libras para una familia de seis miembros. El sistema alcanza un rendimiento estaciones de 7,2.<\/p>\n\n\n<style>.wp-block-kadence-advancedheading.kt-adv-heading_c05b4d-72, .wp-block-kadence-advancedheading.kt-adv-heading_c05b4d-72[data-kb-block=\"kb-adv-heading_c05b4d-72\"]{font-style:normal;}.wp-block-kadence-advancedheading.kt-adv-heading_c05b4d-72 mark.kt-highlight, .wp-block-kadence-advancedheading.kt-adv-heading_c05b4d-72[data-kb-block=\"kb-adv-heading_c05b4d-72\"] mark.kt-highlight{font-style:normal;color:#f76a0c;-webkit-box-decoration-break:clone;box-decoration-break:clone;padding-top:0px;padding-right:0px;padding-bottom:0px;padding-left:0px;}<\/style>\n<h3 class=\"kt-adv-heading_c05b4d-72 wp-block-kadence-advancedheading\" data-kb-block=\"kb-adv-heading_c05b4d-72\"><strong>Finalista: tecnolog\u00eda para un castillo medieval en B\u00e9lgica<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Construido en el siglo XIV, el castillo De Merode cuenta ahora con equipamiento de alta tecnolog\u00eda con una <a href=\"https:\/\/ecoforest.com\/en\/products\/heat-pumps\/ground-source-heat-pumps\/ecogeo-hp\/\">ecoGEO<sup>+<\/sup> 15-70 kW<\/a> que genera DHW y calefacci\u00f3n instalada por <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eplucon.be\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Eplucon Belgium<\/a>. La bomba de calor proporciona calefacci\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s de los radiadores existentes con agua entre 45 y 50\u00b0C. Adem\u00e1s, la caldera de gas existente se ha integrado en el sistema como un elemento auxiliar para contribuir a alcanzar temperaturas pico en caso de temperaturas excepcionalmente bajas.
