eficiencia energ\u00e9tica. La construcci\u00f3n demuestra que una bomba de calor geot\u00e9rmica puede ser un equipo fundamental en una vivienda de bajo consumo energ\u00e9tico, capaz de producir refrigeraci\u00f3n, calefacci\u00f3n, agua caliente sanitaria (ACS) y calentamiento de la piscina. Como resulta, la instalaci\u00f3n con una bomba de calor es capaz de garantizar el confort de la vivienda durante todo el a\u00f1o y no s\u00f3lo en los meses de invierno. En total, la zona climatizada asciende a 390 metros cuadrados. La emisi\u00f3n del calor y del fr\u00edo se realiza a trav\u00e9s de un suelo radiante Roth. El sistema se controla a trav\u00e9s de tres termostatos Ecoforest Th-T que controlan la planta inferior, la segunda planta y el garaje. Adem\u00e1s, se han dejado 2 tuber\u00edas listas para conectarse a un futuro hidromasaje o piscina exterior. El sistema se complementa con un dep\u00f3sito de ACS y un ecoSMART e-manager (actualmente integrado de serie en todas las bombas de calor Ecoforest) &nbsp;para asegurar la hibridaci\u00f3n con las plazas fotovoltaicas de 5,67 kW conectadas a un inversor de corriente de 3,68 kW.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La captaci\u00f3n se realiza a trav\u00e9s de un sistema de pozos horizontales de 600 metros con una tuber\u00eda de 40mm. Esta hibridaci\u00f3n permite aprovechar el excedente de energ\u00eda fotovoltaica como energ\u00eda t\u00e9rmica y elevar las temperaturas de consigna, por ejemplo, a coste cero. En este caso, la bomba de calor tiene una consigna de ACS a 45\u00baC y de calefacci\u00f3n a 20,5\u00baC. El sistema de hibridaci\u00f3n indica a la bomba de calor elevar la temperatura de ACS hasta los 58,5\u00baC cuando se obtiene un excedente de 0,5 kW durante m\u00e1s de 5 minutos. Esta situaci\u00f3n se produjo casi todos los d\u00edas de marzo a septiembre y tambi\u00e9n en los d\u00edas soleados de invierno. Adem\u00e1s, una vez alcanzada la temperatura de excedente en el ACS, el sistema eleva la consigna de calefacci\u00f3n a 22\u00baC. Como resultado, en el per\u00edodo de marzo a septiembre gran parte del ACS y calefacci\u00f3n se realiz\u00f3 a coste cero. Desde entonces, ha observado c\u00f3mo los sistemas de baja temperatura funcionan mejor en edificios construidos de acuerdo con est\u00e1ndares de bajo consumo energ\u00e9tico como el est\u00e1ndar Passive House. Siguiendo estos principios, la casa se construy\u00f3 asegurando que los puentes t\u00e9rmicos y la hermeticidad cumpliesen con los est\u00e1ndares m\u00e1s elevados. Las ventanas cuentan con triple hoja de Zyle Fenster y la estructura fue realizada en madera por Kudos Timber Frame, lo que evita que el cemento funcione como un acumulador de calor en verano. Como resultado la carga t\u00e9rmica de la casa est\u00e1 estimada en 11W\/m<sup>2<\/sup> . En esta casa, se opt\u00f3 por 100 mm de arena y cemento en la planta baja, con 10 mm de virutas para retener el calor y fibra para reforzar la solera. Esto proporcion\u00f3 el desfase t\u00e9rmico que necesario para reducir al m\u00ednimo los costes de funcionamiento.
