Para \u00e9l, la responsabilidad de mantener un edificio protegido va de la mano con la necesidad de minimizar su impacto ambiental.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La reciente renovaci\u00f3n del castillo de Merode, un monumento hist\u00f3rico belga que data del siglo XIV,se enfrent\u00f3 a importantes retos. Entre ellos, adaptar un sistema de calefacci\u00f3n para que funcionara con los radiadores existentes, respetar la est\u00e9tica y los materiales de construcci\u00f3n del edificio, y calentar los amplios espacios interiores del castillo. Sin embargo, a pesar de los obst\u00e1culos, este proyecto demuestra las excepcionales capacidades de las bombas de calor Ecoforest incluso en los proyectos m\u00e1s dif\u00edciles. Acuatermia: colectores de calor dise\u00f1ados espec\u00edficamente para masas de agua. Esta tecnolog\u00eda punta extrae hasta 90 kW de calor del foso del castillo, con 5.000 m\u00b3de capacidad. El proyecto fue gestionado por Extraqt, una empresa de ingenier\u00eda especializada en acuatermia, en colaboraci\u00f3n con Eco-Techn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se desarroll\u00f3 un gemelo digital para simular el proceso de enfriamiento del agua durante la extracci\u00f3n de calor. A trav\u00e9s de un sistema de circuito cerrado y una red de tuber\u00edas de 100 metros, este calor se transfiere a la bomba de calor del castillo. El sistema funciona con eficacia todo el a\u00f1o, tanto en verano como en invierno, cuando la temperatura del agua apenas supera el punto de congelaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n<style>.wp-block-kadence-advancedheading.kt-adv-heading_66dab5-8d, .wp-block-kadence-advancedheading.kt-adv-heading_66dab5-8d[data-kb-block=\"kb-adv-heading_66dab5-8d\"]{font-style:normal;}.wp-block-kadence-advancedheading.kt-adv-heading_66dab5-8d mark.kt-highlight, .wp-block-kadence-advancedheading.kt-adv-heading_66dab5-8d[data-kb-block=\"kb-adv-heading_66dab5-8d\"] mark.kt-highlight{font-style:normal;color:#f76a0c;-webkit-box-decoration-break:clone;box-decoration-break:clone;padding-top:0px;padding-right:0px;padding-bottom:0px;padding-left:0px;}<\/style>\n<h2 class=\"kt-adv-heading_66dab5-8d wp-block-kadence-advancedheading\" data-kb-block=\"kb-adv-heading_66dab5-8d\"><strong>Equilibrio entre tradici\u00f3n e innovaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>El equipo de dise\u00f1o determin\u00f3 que ser\u00eda posible calentar las habitaciones del castillo con una temperatura del flujo de calefacci\u00f3n de 45-50 \u00b0C, siempre que las temperaturas exteriores se mantuvieran por encima del punto de congelaci\u00f3n y el foso no se helara. Para garantizar la fiabilidad, la caldera de gas existente se hibrid\u00f3 con la bomba de calor de alta potencia, proporcionando calor adicional durante los d\u00edas extremadamente fr\u00edos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para complementar el sistema, unos paneles solares instalados en un cobertizo cercano contribuyen al suministro el\u00e9ctrico. A pesar de la complejidad de esta renovaci\u00f3n y de la dependencia de los radiadores convencionales, la instalaci\u00f3n alcanza un impresionante SCOP de 3,2 puntos.
