estufa de biomasa canalizable comienza con un an\u00e1lisis detallado del hogar, incluyendo la ubicaci\u00f3n de la estufa y el c\u00e1lculo de cargas t\u00e9rmicas para conocer la potencia requerida por la instalaci\u00f3n. A diferencia de las estufas de aire convencionales, en las canalizables se debe dise\u00f1ar la instalaci\u00f3n de conductos en funci\u00f3n del caudal de aire proporcionado por la estufa y las cargas t\u00e9rmicas de cada zona, prestando atenci\u00f3n a los di\u00e1metros de los conductos y a la velocidad del aire canalizado para evitar ruidos.<\/p>\n\n\n<style>.wp-block-kadence-advancedheading.kt-adv-heading_e48e19-7f, .wp-block-kadence-advancedheading.kt-adv-heading_e48e19-7f[data-kb-block=\"kb-adv-heading_e48e19-7f\"]{font-style:normal;}.wp-block-kadence-advancedheading.kt-adv-heading_e48e19-7f mark.kt-highlight, .wp-block-kadence-advancedheading.kt-adv-heading_e48e19-7f[data-kb-block=\"kb-adv-heading_e48e19-7f\"] mark.kt-highlight{font-style:normal;color:#f76a0c;-webkit-box-decoration-break:clone;box-decoration-break:clone;padding-top:0px;padding-right:0px;padding-bottom:0px;padding-left:0px;}<\/style>\n<h2 class=\"kt-adv-heading_e48e19-7f wp-block-kadence-advancedheading\" data-kb-block=\"kb-adv-heading_e48e19-7f\"><strong>Potencia a medida<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Un ejemplo de este proceso es la instalaci\u00f3n de una estufa Ecoforest <a href=\"https:\/\/ecoforest.com\/es\/productos\/biomasa\/pellets-es\/estufas-aire-canalizable\/cordoba-glass-canalizable\/\">Cordoba Glass Canalizable<\/a> en Valencia, realizada por la empresa Suntex. Este modelo, dise\u00f1ado para ser encastrable, cuenta con una puerta de cristal que permite visualizar la llama, lo que lo hace ideal para su instalaci\u00f3n en chimeneas existentes o como punto focal en el sal\u00f3n. Las caracter\u00edsticas de la vivienda, como la altura, el aislamiento y los materiales de construcci\u00f3n, influyen directamente en la potencia necesaria. En este caso espec\u00edfico, se trataba de una vivienda nueva con un volumen de 214,30 m\u00b3, para la que se estim\u00f3 una potencia de 7 kW. En este caso, se escogi\u00f3 un modelo de 12kW por dise\u00f1o y prestaciones, que es capaz de regular hasta potencias bajas acordes con las necesidades de la instalaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n<style>.wp-block-kadence-advancedheading.kt-adv-heading_66dab5-8d, .wp-block-kadence-advancedheading.kt-adv-heading_66dab5-8d[data-kb-block=\"kb-adv-heading_66dab5-8d\"]{font-style:normal;}.wp-block-kadence-advancedheading.kt-adv-heading_66dab5-8d mark.kt-highlight, .wp-block-kadence-advancedheading.kt-adv-heading_66dab5-8d[data-kb-block=\"kb-adv-heading_66dab5-8d\"] mark.kt-highlight{font-style:normal;color:#f76a0c;-webkit-box-decoration-break:clone;box-decoration-break:clone;padding-top:0px;padding-right:0px;padding-bottom:0px;padding-left:0px;}<\/style>\n<h2 class=\"kt-adv-heading_66dab5-8d wp-block-kadence-advancedheading\" data-kb-block=\"kb-adv-heading_66dab5-8d\"><strong>Requisitos t\u00e9cnicos<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>El dise\u00f1o de la distribuci\u00f3n de calor incluye la planificaci\u00f3n de los conductos de canalizaci\u00f3n, que llevan el aire caliente a distintas estancias, procurando minimizar las p\u00e9rdidas t\u00e9rmicas. Las rejillas de salida del aire deben ubicarse estrat\u00e9gicamente, lejos de puertas o ventanas, para maximizar la eficiencia del calentamiento. En este proyecto, los conductos se instalaron en el bajo cubierta, lo que permiti\u00f3 ocultar las tuber\u00edas y mejorar la distribuci\u00f3n de calor (ver imagen abajo). Este modelo de estufa ofrece una salida frontal para calentar la estancia principal y una salida canalizable con un alcance de hasta 7 metros horizontales sin necesidad de motores auxiliares.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La instalaci\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n requiere una salida de humos al exterior que respete la normativa RITE. En este caso la salida de humos emplea una tuber\u00eda de acero inoxidable 316L de 80 mm de di\u00e1metro con 6 metros de salida a tejado. En general, en chimeneas de obra, es fundamental sellar adecuadamente las conexiones entre tuber\u00edas flexibles y r\u00edgidas, as\u00ed como aislar correctamente las zonas de contacto con materiales combustibles. Al ser una estufa encastrable, se deben instalar rejillas para evitar el sobrecalentamiento del equipo (ver figura abajo).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finalizada la instalaci\u00f3n, la empresa debe realizar todas las comprobaciones necesarias para garantizar la seguridad del sistema, verificando la ausencia de fugas de humos y minimizando el riesgo de incendios. En caso de que la potencia t\u00e9rmica est\u00e9 comprendida entre los 5 y los 70 kW, el instalador deber\u00e1 elaborar una memoria t\u00e9cnica y registrarla en el departamento administrativo correspondiente, generalmente, la consejer\u00eda de Industria.<\/p>\n\n\n<style>.wp-block-kadence-advancedheading.kt-adv-heading_dc4520-a1, .wp-block-kadence-advancedheading.kt-adv-heading_dc4520-a1[data-kb-block=\"kb-adv-heading_dc4520-a1\"]{font-style:normal;}.wp-block-kadence-advancedheading.kt-adv-heading_dc4520-a1 mark.kt-highlight, .wp-block-kadence-advancedheading.kt-adv-heading_dc4520-a1[data-kb-block=\"kb-adv-heading_dc4520-a1\"] mark.kt-highlight{font-style:normal;color:#f76a0c;-webkit-box-decoration-break:clone;box-decoration-break:clone;padding-top:0px;padding-right:0px;padding-bottom:0px;padding-left:0px;}<\/style>\n<h2 class=\"kt-adv-heading_dc4520-a1 wp-block-kadence-advancedheading\" data-kb-block=\"kb-adv-heading_dc4520-a1\"><strong>Mantenimiento <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Una vez que la instalaci\u00f3n est\u00e9 en funcionamiento, el usuario deber\u00e1 realizar los mantenimientos que le indique el manual del fabricante, con un m\u00ednimo de un mantenimiento anual que puede incrementarse si se superan los 500 kg de combustible consumidos en la temporada.
