de vivienda social en Pa\u00eds Vasco<\/strong> se ha beneficiado de todas las ventajas de las energ\u00edas renovables gracias a la <strong>renovaci\u00f3n de sus calderas de gas natural<\/strong> por una moderna instalaci\u00f3n con doble salto t\u00e9rmico con <strong>bombas de calor aerot\u00e9rmicas y geot\u00e9rmicas de Ecoforest<\/strong>. El sistema consta de bombas de calor como elementos principales para<strong> producir los servicios de calefacci\u00f3n y agua caliente sanitaria (ACS)<\/strong> apoyados por paneles fotovoltaicos y almacenamientos t\u00e9rmicos y el\u00e9ctricos.<\/p>\n\n\n<style>.wp-block-kadence-advancedheading.kt-adv-heading_66dab5-8d, .wp-block-kadence-advancedheading.kt-adv-heading_66dab5-8d[data-kb-block=\"kb-adv-heading_66dab5-8d\"]{font-style:normal;}.wp-block-kadence-advancedheading.kt-adv-heading_66dab5-8d mark.kt-highlight, .wp-block-kadence-advancedheading.kt-adv-heading_66dab5-8d[data-kb-block=\"kb-adv-heading_66dab5-8d\"] mark.kt-highlight{font-style:normal;color:#f76a0c;-webkit-box-decoration-break:clone;box-decoration-break:clone;padding-top:0px;padding-right:0px;padding-bottom:0px;padding-left:0px;}<\/style>\n<h2 class=\"kt-adv-heading_66dab5-8d wp-block-kadence-advancedheading\" data-kb-block=\"kb-adv-heading_66dab5-8d\">Instalaci\u00f3n de ACS y calefacci\u00f3n con doble salto t\u00e9rmico<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>El edifico de Pasaia, propiedad de la empresa p\u00fablica de vivienda social Alokabide S.L., consta de <strong>8 viviendas <\/strong>que, antes de la renovaci\u00f3n, dispon\u00edan de<strong> calderas de gas natural individuales<\/strong>. El nuevo sistema HAPPENING <strong>centraliza la producci\u00f3n de agua templada <\/strong>mediante dos bombas de calor aire-agua conectadas a un dep\u00f3sito de 2.000 litros. Desde este dep\u00f3sito, d\u00f3nde se realiza el primer salto de temperatura, se distribuye agua a baja temperatura (20\u00b0C) a las viviendas, y seguidamente, <strong>en cada vivienda una bomba de calor agua-agua realiza el segundo salto t\u00e9rmico<\/strong> mediante el que proporciona ACS y calefacci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n<style>.wp-block-kadence-advancedheading.kt-adv-heading_55ef27-62, .wp-block-kadence-advancedheading.kt-adv-heading_55ef27-62[data-kb-block=\"kb-adv-heading_55ef27-62\"]{font-style:normal;}.wp-block-kadence-advancedheading.kt-adv-heading_55ef27-62 mark.kt-highlight, .wp-block-kadence-advancedheading.kt-adv-heading_55ef27-62[data-kb-block=\"kb-adv-heading_55ef27-62\"] mark.kt-highlight{font-style:normal;color:#f76a0c;-webkit-box-decoration-break:clone;box-decoration-break:clone;padding-top:0px;padding-right:0px;padding-bottom:0px;padding-left:0px;}<\/style>\n<h2 class=\"kt-adv-heading_55ef27-62 wp-block-kadence-advancedheading\" data-kb-block=\"kb-adv-heading_55ef27-62\">Beneficios<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>El desacoplamiento entre la producci\u00f3n y la demanda de la energ\u00eda<strong> mejora el coeficiente de rendimiento (COP) <\/strong>de las bombas de calor centrales aire-agua. El COP var\u00eda seg\u00fan la temperatura exterior y este sistema permite<strong> producir agua templada durante las horas m\u00e1s c\u00e1lidas del d\u00eda:<\/strong> las m\u00e1s favorables para el COP de las bombas. Este momento coincide con la franja de mayor producci\u00f3n fotovoltaica y as\u00ed se maximiza el aprovechamiento del autoconsumo.
