ha llevado a cabo una destacada intervenci\u00f3n de rehabilitaci\u00f3n energ\u00e9tica, centrada en la sustituci\u00f3n de un sistema obsoleto basado en paneles t\u00e9rmicos y calderas individuales de gas natural, cuya funci\u00f3n principal era la producci\u00f3n de ACS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nuestro cliente, Sunflower Energ\u00edas, apost\u00f3 por una soluci\u00f3n moderna y altamente eficiente: la instalaci\u00f3n de 8 bombas de calor aerot\u00e9rmicas <a href=\"https:\/\/ecoforest.com\/es\/productos\/bombas-de-calor\/aerotermia\/ecoair-3-18-pro\/\">ecoAIR<sup>+<\/sup>\u00a03-18 PRO<\/a>, que funcionan con refrigerante natural R290, apoyadas por una planta compuesta por 120 paneles fotovoltaicos. Las bombas de calor se han instalado en cascadas de dos unidades para alimentar cada una de las zonas de las viviendas.<\/p>\n\n\n<style>.wp-block-kadence-advancedheading.kt-adv-heading_e48e19-7f, .wp-block-kadence-advancedheading.kt-adv-heading_e48e19-7f[data-kb-block=\"kb-adv-heading_e48e19-7f\"]{font-style:normal;}.wp-block-kadence-advancedheading.kt-adv-heading_e48e19-7f mark.kt-highlight, .wp-block-kadence-advancedheading.kt-adv-heading_e48e19-7f[data-kb-block=\"kb-adv-heading_e48e19-7f\"] mark.kt-highlight{font-style:normal;color:#f76a0c;-webkit-box-decoration-break:clone;box-decoration-break:clone;padding-top:0px;padding-right:0px;padding-bottom:0px;padding-left:0px;}<\/style>\n<h2 class=\"kt-adv-heading_e48e19-7f wp-block-kadence-advancedheading\" data-kb-block=\"kb-adv-heading_e48e19-7f\"><strong>M\u00e1xima eficiencia energ\u00e9tica<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Las bombas de calor aerot\u00e9rmicas seleccionadas tienen una capacidad conjunta de 144 kW, permitiendo una producci\u00f3n simult\u00e1nea y eficiente de ACS, calefacci\u00f3n y refrigeraci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Consumo energ\u00e9tico antes y despu\u00e9s de la intervenci\u00f3n:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Sistema anterior (gas natural): 308.857,50 kWh\/a\u00f1o<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nuevo sistema aerot\u00e9rmico (red el\u00e9ctrica): 93.593 kWh\/a\u00f1o\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>De los cuales, 88.914,18 kWh son generados mediante autoconsumo fotovoltaico (95% del total).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Solo 4.679 kWh\/a\u00f1o se consumen directamente de la red el\u00e9ctrica<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<style>.wp-block-kadence-advancedheading.kt-adv-heading_927e53-e6, .wp-block-kadence-advancedheading.kt-adv-heading_927e53-e6[data-kb-block=\"kb-adv-heading_927e53-e6\"]{font-style:normal;}.wp-block-kadence-advancedheading.kt-adv-heading_927e53-e6 mark.kt-highlight, .wp-block-kadence-advancedheading.kt-adv-heading_927e53-e6[data-kb-block=\"kb-adv-heading_927e53-e6\"] mark.kt-highlight{font-style:normal;color:#f76a0c;-webkit-box-decoration-break:clone;box-decoration-break:clone;padding-top:0px;padding-right:0px;padding-bottom:0px;padding-left:0px;}<\/style>\n<h2 class=\"kt-adv-heading_927e53-e6 wp-block-kadence-advancedheading\" data-kb-block=\"kb-adv-heading_927e53-e6\"><strong>Ahorros<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Gracias al nuevo sistema, los usuarios han experimentado un ahorro econ\u00f3mico estimado en 20.506 euros anuales, lo que representa una reducci\u00f3n del 80,8% respecto al sistema anterior basado en gas natural. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Amortizaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Al agrupar los ahorros conseguidos por la instalaci\u00f3n, junto a la financiaci\u00f3n conseguida a trav\u00e9s de CAEs, bonificaciones de IBI y deducciones del IRPF se calcula un per\u00edodo de amortizaci\u00f3n de menos de 4 a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n\n\n<style>.wp-block-kadence-advancedheading.kt-adv-heading_c8b261-25, .wp-block-kadence-advancedheading.kt-adv-heading_c8b261-25[data-kb-block=\"kb-adv-heading_c8b261-25\"]{font-style:normal;}.wp-block-kadence-advancedheading.kt-adv-heading_c8b261-25 mark.kt-highlight, .wp-block-kadence-advancedheading.kt-adv-heading_c8b261-25[data-kb-block=\"kb-adv-heading_c8b261-25\"] mark.kt-highlight{font-style:normal;color:#f76a0c;-webkit-box-decoration-break:clone;box-decoration-break:clone;padding-top:0px;padding-right:0px;padding-bottom:0px;padding-left:0px;}<\/style>\n<h2 class=\"kt-adv-heading_c8b261-25 wp-block-kadence-advancedheading\" data-kb-block=\"kb-adv-heading_c8b261-25\"><strong>Sostenibilidad y compromiso ambiental<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Este proyecto no solo ha mejorado la eficiencia energ\u00e9tica del complejo residencial, sino que ha demostrado un firme compromiso con la sostenibilidad.
