Espa\u00f1a, se ha llevado a cabo la rehabilitaci\u00f3n energ\u00e9tica integral del complejo La Torre Efisa, un conjunto ic\u00f3nico de edificios residenciales y comerciales construido en los a\u00f1os 70.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este proyecto representa un referente en sostenibilidad urbana y demuestra c\u00f3mo la integraci\u00f3n de tecnolog\u00edas eficientes puede transformar edificios hist\u00f3ricos en espacios modernos, confortables y de bajo consumo.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n<style>.wp-block-kadence-advancedheading.kt-adv-heading52065_793452-7c, HP<sup>+&nbsp;<\/sup><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>El n\u00facleo de esta instalaci\u00f3n est\u00e1 formado por dos bombas de calor geot\u00e9rmicas <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/ecoforest.com\/es\/productos\/bombas-de-calor\/geotermia\/ecogeo-hp\/\">ecoGEO HP<sup>+<\/sup> 20-85 kW<\/a><\/strong>, instaladas en cascada y capaces de suministrar hasta 200 kW t\u00e9rmicos destinados a calefacci\u00f3n y producci\u00f3n de agua caliente sanitaria (ACS).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dise\u00f1adas para grandes demandas energ\u00e9ticas, las<strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/ecoforest.com\/es\/productos\/bombas-de-calor\/geotermia\/ecogeo-hp\/\">ecoGEO HP<sup>+ <\/sup>20-85 kW<\/a><\/strong> destacan por su versatilidad, fiabilidad y alt\u00edsima eficiencia, siendo capaces de gestionar hasta cuatro fuentes t\u00e9rmicas diferentes. Adem\u00e1s, la intervenci\u00f3n reduce en m\u00e1s de un 75% la necesidad de calefacci\u00f3n y en un 90% las emisiones de CO\u2082 convirtiendo a La Torre Efisa en un ejemplo real de eficiencia energ\u00e9tica aplicada a gran escala.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Un referente de rehabilitaci\u00f3n sostenible en A Coru\u00f1a<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>El complejo La Torre Efisa est\u00e1 formado por siete torres de entre 6 y 24 plantas, que albergan 181 apartamentos residenciales y 72 locales comerciales, levantados sobre el antiguo solar de la f\u00e1brica Estrella Galicia. En total, m\u00e1s de 180 familias y decenas de comercios se benefician directamente de una climatizaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s eficiente, limpia y confortable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El acto de finalizaci\u00f3n de obra cont\u00f3 con la presencia de In\u00e9s Rey Garc\u00eda, alcaldesa de A Coru\u00f1a, junto con varios concejales de vivienda y representantes municipales. Durante el evento se destac\u00f3 el papel de La Torre Efisa, como uno de los proyectos m\u00e1s emblem\u00e1ticos de rehabilitaci\u00f3n energ\u00e9tica de la ciudad, subrayando la importancia de calor geot\u00e9rmicas ecoGEO HP\u207a20-85 kW, instaladas en cascada y capaces de suministrar hasta 200 kW t\u00e9rmicos destinados a calefacci\u00f3n y producci\u00f3n de agua caliente sanitaria (ACS).<\/p>\n<p>Este proyecto representa un referente en sostenibilidad urbana y demuestra c\u00f3mo la integraci\u00f3n de tecnolog\u00edas eficientes puede transformar edificios hist\u00f3ricos en espacios modernos, confortables y de bajo
