El sistema HVAC deb\u00eda gestionar <strong>grandes cargas t\u00e9rmicas variables<\/strong> manteniendo la <strong>calidad del aire, el confort ac\u00fastico<\/strong> y<strong> temperaturas estables<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El sistema tambi\u00e9n deb\u00eda funcionar de forma continua, responder a la <strong>ocupaci\u00f3n din\u00e1mica y a los flujos de pasajeros<\/strong>, y permitir una futura escalabilidad y la integraci\u00f3n de energ\u00edas renovables. La flexibilidad y la fiabilidad eran fundamentales para un <strong>nodo de transporte de alto tr\u00e1fico y multifuncional<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Zonificaci\u00f3n inteligente y eficiencia con carga parcial en instalaciones de gran escala<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La instalaci\u00f3n de Praga\u2013Bubny pone de relieve la versatilidad de la tecnolog\u00eda de bombas de calor geot\u00e9rmicas en proyectos de infraestructuras complejas. <strong>Tres unidades ecoGEO<sup>+<\/sup> HP funcionan con captaci\u00f3n geot\u00e9rmica<\/strong> para proporcionar calefacci\u00f3n y refrigeraci\u00f3n en todas las \u00e1reas de la estaci\u00f3n, utilizando compresores de velocidad variable y <strong>funcionamiento en cascada<\/strong> para optimizar el rendimiento a carga parcial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La energ\u00eda se capta mediante <strong>25 lazos geot\u00e9rmicos horizontales<\/strong> instalados bajo la superestructura de la v\u00eda,<strong> cada uno de 150 metros de longitud<\/strong>, complementados con <strong>calor residual recuperado<\/strong> de los sistemas de se\u00f1alizaci\u00f3n ferroviaria <strong>y de intercambiadores de calor aire\/agua<\/strong>.
