Con menos de un a\u00f1o de actividad, la instalaci\u00f3n tiene un <strong>SCOP de 4,5<\/strong> con picos de <strong>5,2<\/strong>. La demanda anual de calefacci\u00f3n se ha reducido en m\u00e1s de un 75 %, las emisiones de carbono en m\u00e1s de un 90 % y las facturas de energ\u00eda de los residentes en un 50 %. Gracias a la reforma, el edificio ha conseguido una etiqueta energ\u00e9tica A.
