Desarrollado como una moderna infraestructura p\u00fablica, el edificio combina una <strong>arquitectura orientada a la eficiencia energ\u00e9tica<\/strong> con tecnolog\u00eda renovable para proporcionar <strong>calefacci\u00f3n, refrigeraci\u00f3n y agua caliente sanitaria<\/strong> a partir de un \u00fanico sistema integrado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En el centro de la instalaci\u00f3n se encuentra una bomba de calor geot\u00e9rmica <strong>ecoGEO\u207a  HP3 12-40<\/strong> conectada a un <strong>campo de captaci\u00f3n horizontal<\/strong>. El edificio incorpora <strong>aislamiento de altas prestaciones y fachadas acristaladas<\/strong> protegidas por un <strong>sistema exterior de rejilla<\/strong>, que limita la ganancia solar en verano y permite la entrada de radiaci\u00f3n solar \u00fatil durante el invierno.
