Situ\u00e9 \u00e0 Organy\u00e2 <\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Le monast\u00e8re de Santa Maria de Vallbona, situ\u00e9 dans la r\u00e9gion catalane d&rsquo;Urgel, dispose de pompes \u00e0 chaleur g\u00e9othermiques Ecoforest pour la climatisation de ses locaux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La production d&rsquo;eau chaude sanitaire et le soutien au chauffage \u00e0 haute temp\u00e9rature sont possibles gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 deux pompes<a href=\"https:\/\/download.ecoforest.com\/en\/download-area\" target=\"_blank\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/download.ecoforest.com\/en\/download-area\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"> ecoGEO B4 5-22Kw HTR EH<\/a>, qui ont une puissance thermique nominale totale de 44 kW. La nouvelle unit\u00e9 produira de l&rsquo;eau chaude par l&rsquo;interm\u00e9diaire de l&rsquo;\u00e9changeur de chaleur existant qui chauffe le r\u00e9servoir d&rsquo;eau chaude sanitaire de 1000 litres. Une fois le point de consigne atteint, le r\u00e9servoir d&rsquo;eau chaude existant de 500 litres sera chauff\u00e9. Une fois l&rsquo;eau chaude chauff\u00e9e, la machine peut \u00eatre utilis\u00e9e pour soutenir le syst\u00e8me de chauffage sur le r\u00e9servoir tampon de 500 l dans la salle g\u00e9othermique ou pour chauffer l&rsquo;air conditionn\u00e9 des salles gothiques en chauffant le nouveau r\u00e9servoir tampon de 800 l situ\u00e9 en dessous d&rsquo;elles dans la salle des collecteurs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Avec l&rsquo;installation du e-manager d&rsquo;Ecoforest, le surplus d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie photovolta\u00efque est g\u00e9r\u00e9. En hiver, si elles sont disponibles, elles sont utilis\u00e9es pour la production d&rsquo;ECS ou le soutien au chauffage. Dans les autres puits, o\u00f9 de l&rsquo;eau a \u00e9t\u00e9 trouv\u00e9e et selon la m\u00eame \u00e9tude, la puissance \u00e0 extraire pourrait \u00eatre comprise entre 51,5 et 53,4 W\/m. Dans le cas le plus favorable, en observant la r\u00e9action des puits au cours des deux hivers o\u00f9 l&rsquo;installation a fonctionn\u00e9, la puissance qui peut \u00eatre dissip\u00e9e par les puits est de 53,4 W\/m, soit 126 825 W. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ces simulations, nous pouvons garantir sur 25 ans que le sol est capable de dissiper l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie \u00e9chang\u00e9e chaque ann\u00e9e et avec des param\u00e8tres \u00e0 peu pr\u00e8s identiques aux param\u00e8tres initiaux. En particulier, la r\u00e9glementation en vigueur sur les conditions de protection contre les incendies a \u00e9t\u00e9 prise en compte.
