Une caract\u00e9ristique unique de ce syst\u00e8me est la m\u00e9thode de d\u00e9givrage, un processus qui optimise les performances saisonni\u00e8res (SPF) en arr\u00eatant temporairement le compresseur. Avec une performance saisonni\u00e8re de 3,8, le syst\u00e8me d\u00e9montre son efficacit\u00e9, atteignant une valeur impressionnante de 5 pendant les mois d&rsquo;\u00e9t\u00e9. Ce r\u00e9sultat est obtenu en exploitant le syst\u00e8me HTR pour fournir simultan\u00e9ment du froid et de l&rsquo;eau chaude sanitaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La maison dispose \u00e9galement d&rsquo;une installation photovolta\u00efque de 8 kW et d&rsquo;une capacit\u00e9 de stockage de 7 kW. Ces composants fonctionnent avec notre syst\u00e8me e-manager, un logiciel int\u00e9gr\u00e9 \u00e0 toutes nos pompes \u00e0 chaleur qui optimise l&rsquo;utilisation de l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9e par les panneaux solaires. Cette \u00e9nergie est stock\u00e9e \u00e0 la fois dans les batteries et sous forme thermique, de sorte que chaque kilowatt de surplus solaire peut \u00eatre converti en jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 5 kW d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie thermique, stock\u00e9e dans un r\u00e9servoir tampon de 150 litres. De plus, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la configuration exc\u00e9dentaire, la chaleur est \u00e9galement stock\u00e9e dans le r\u00e9servoir d&rsquo;eau chaude sanitaire.
