La construction d\u00e9montre qu&rsquo;une pompe \u00e0 chaleur g\u00e9othermique peut \u00eatre un \u00e9quipement essentiel dans une maison \u00e0 faible consommation d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie, capable de produire du froid, du chauffage, de l&rsquo;eau chaude sanitaire (ECS) et de chauffer une piscine. Par cons\u00e9quent, l&rsquo;installation avec une pompe \u00e0 chaleur est capable de garantir le confort de la maison tout au long de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e et pas seulement pendant les mois d&rsquo;hiver. Au total, la surface climatis\u00e9e est de 4 200 m\u00e8tres carr\u00e9s. Le chauffage et le refroidissement sont assur\u00e9s par un syst\u00e8me de chauffage par le sol Roth. Le syst\u00e8me est contr\u00f4l\u00e9 par trois thermostats Ecoforest Th-T qui contr\u00f4lent le rez-de-chauss\u00e9e, le premier \u00e9tage et le garage. En outre, deux tuyaux ont \u00e9t\u00e9 laiss\u00e9s pr\u00eats \u00e0 \u00eatre raccord\u00e9s \u00e0 un futur bain \u00e0 remous ou \u00e0 une piscine ext\u00e9rieure. Le syst\u00e8me est compl\u00e9t\u00e9 par un r\u00e9servoir d&rsquo;eau chaude sanitaire et un e-manager ecoSMART (d\u00e9sormais int\u00e9gr\u00e9 en standard dans toutes les pompes \u00e0 chaleur Ecoforest) pour assurer l&rsquo;hybridation avec les panneaux photovolta\u00efques de 5,67 kW connect\u00e9s \u00e0 un onduleur de 3,68 kW.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le captage est reli\u00e9 \u00e0 600 m de tuyaux de captage g\u00e9othermique de 40 mm. Cette hybridation permet d&rsquo;utiliser l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie photovolta\u00efque exc\u00e9dentaire comme \u00e9nergie thermique et d&rsquo;augmenter les temp\u00e9ratures de consigne, par exemple, \u00e0 co\u00fbt nul. Dans ce cas, la pompe \u00e0 chaleur a une consigne d&rsquo;ECS de 45\u00b0C et une consigne de chauffage de 20,5\u00b0C. Le syst\u00e8me d&rsquo;hybridation demande \u00e0 la pompe \u00e0 chaleur d&rsquo;augmenter la temp\u00e9rature de l&rsquo;ECS \u00e0 58,5\u00b0C lorsqu&rsquo;un surplus de 0,5 kW est obtenu pendant plus de 5 minutes. Cette situation s&rsquo;est produite presque tous les jours de mars \u00e0 septembre, ainsi que pendant les journ\u00e9es d&rsquo;hiver ensoleill\u00e9es. En outre, une fois que la temp\u00e9rature de d\u00e9passement de l&rsquo;ECS est atteinte, le syst\u00e8me augmente le point de consigne du chauffage \u00e0 22\u00baC. Par cons\u00e9quent, entre mars et septembre, une grande partie de l&rsquo;ECS et du chauffage a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9e \u00e0 co\u00fbt nul. Depuis lors, il a observ\u00e9 que les syst\u00e8mes \u00e0 basse temp\u00e9rature fonctionnent mieux dans les b\u00e2timents construits selon des normes de faible consommation d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie telles que la norme \u00ab\u00a0Maison passive\u00a0\u00bb. Conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 ces principes, la maison a \u00e9t\u00e9 construite de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 ce que les ponts thermiques et l&rsquo;\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;air r\u00e9pondent aux normes les plus strictes. Les fen\u00eatres sont \u00e0 triple vitrage de Zyle Fenster et la structure a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9e en bois par Kudos Timber Frame, ce qui emp\u00eache le b\u00e9ton d&rsquo;agir comme un accumulateur de chaleur en \u00e9t\u00e9.
