maintenir le patrimoine historique si c&rsquo;est pour d\u00e9truire l&rsquo;avenir \u00bb, d\u00e9clare Simon de Merode, directeur du Ch\u00e2teau de Merode. Pour lui, la responsabilit\u00e9 d&rsquo;entretenir un b\u00e2timent class\u00e9 va de pair avec la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de minimiser son impact sur l&rsquo;environnement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La r\u00e9cente r\u00e9novation du ch\u00e2teau de Merode, un monument historique belge datant du XIVe si\u00e8cle, a \u00e9t\u00e9 confront\u00e9e \u00e0 des d\u00e9fis importants. Il s&rsquo;agissait notamment d&rsquo;adapter un syst\u00e8me de chauffage aux radiateurs existants, de respecter l&rsquo;esth\u00e9tique et les mat\u00e9riaux de construction du b\u00e2timent et de chauffer les grands espaces int\u00e9rieurs du ch\u00e2teau. Cependant, malgr\u00e9 les obstacles, ce projet d\u00e9montre les capacit\u00e9s exceptionnelles des pompes \u00e0 chaleur Ecoforest, m\u00eame dans les projets les plus difficiles. La solution innovante ? L&rsquo;aquathermie : des collecteurs de chaleur con\u00e7us sp\u00e9cifiquement pour les plans d&rsquo;eau. Cette technologie de pointe permet d&rsquo;extraire jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 90 kW de chaleur des douves du ch\u00e2teau, d&rsquo;une capacit\u00e9 de 5 000 m\u00b3. Le projet a \u00e9t\u00e9 g\u00e9r\u00e9 par Extraqt, un bureau d&rsquo;\u00e9tudes sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9 dans l&rsquo;aquathermie, en collaboration avec Eco-Techn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un jumeau num\u00e9rique a \u00e9t\u00e9 mis au point pour simuler le processus de refroidissement de l&rsquo;eau pendant l&rsquo;extraction de la chaleur. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un syst\u00e8me en boucle ferm\u00e9e et \u00e0 un r\u00e9seau de tuyaux de 100 m\u00e8tres, cette chaleur est transf\u00e9r\u00e9e \u00e0 la pompe \u00e0 chaleur du ch\u00e2teau. Le syst\u00e8me fonctionne efficacement tout au long de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e, \u00e9t\u00e9 comme hiver, lorsque la temp\u00e9rature de l&rsquo;eau est \u00e0 peine sup\u00e9rieure au point de cong\u00e9lation.<\/p>\n\n\n<style>.wp-block-kadence-advancedheading.kt-adv-heading_66dab5-8d, .wp-block-kadence-advancedheading.kt-adv-heading_66dab5-8d[data-kb-block=\"kb-adv-heading_66dab5-8d\"]{font-style:normal;}.wp-block-kadence-advancedheading.kt-adv-heading_66dab5-8d mark.kt-highlight, .wp-block-kadence-advancedheading.kt-adv-heading_66dab5-8d[data-kb-block=\"kb-adv-heading_66dab5-8d\"] mark.kt-highlight{font-style:normal;color:#f76a0c;-webkit-box-decoration-break:clone;box-decoration-break:clone;padding-top:0px;padding-right:0px;padding-bottom:0px;padding-left:0px;}<\/style>\n<h2 class=\"kt-adv-heading_66dab5-8d wp-block-kadence-advancedheading\" data-kb-block=\"kb-adv-heading_66dab5-8d\">\u00c9quilibre entre tradition et innovation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;\u00e9quipe de conception a d\u00e9termin\u00e9 qu&rsquo;il serait possible de chauffer les pi\u00e8ces du ch\u00e2teau avec une temp\u00e9rature de d\u00e9part de 45-50\u00b0C, \u00e0 condition que les temp\u00e9ratures ext\u00e9rieures restent au-dessus du point de cong\u00e9lation et que les douves ne g\u00e8lent pas. Pour garantir la fiabilit\u00e9, la chaudi\u00e8re \u00e0 gaz existante a \u00e9t\u00e9 hybrid\u00e9e avec la pompe \u00e0 chaleur \u00e0 haut rendement, ce qui a permis de fournir de la chaleur suppl\u00e9mentaire pendant les journ\u00e9es extr\u00eamement froides.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour compl\u00e9ter le syst\u00e8me, des panneaux solaires install\u00e9s sur un hangar voisin contribuent \u00e0 l&rsquo;approvisionnement en \u00e9lectricit\u00e9. Malgr\u00e9 la complexit\u00e9 de cette r\u00e9novation et l&rsquo;utilisation de radiateurs conventionnels, l&rsquo;installation obtient un SCOP impressionnant de 3,2 points.
