po\u00eale \u00e0 biomasse gainable commence par une analyse d\u00e9taill\u00e9e de l&rsquo;habitation, y compris l&#8217;emplacement du po\u00eale et le calcul des charges thermiques pour d\u00e9terminer la puissance requise par l&rsquo;installation. Ce mod\u00e8le, con\u00e7u pour \u00eatre encastr\u00e9, est dot\u00e9 d&rsquo;une porte vitr\u00e9e qui permet de voir la flamme, ce qui le rend id\u00e9al pour une installation dans des chemin\u00e9es existantes ou pour mettre en valeur un mur dans le salon. Les caract\u00e9ristiques de la maison, telles que la hauteur, l&rsquo;isolation et les mat\u00e9riaux de construction, influencent directement la puissance n\u00e9cessaire. Dans ce cas pr\u00e9cis, il s&rsquo;agissait d&rsquo;une maison neuve d&rsquo;un volume de 214,30 m\u00b3, pour laquelle une puissance de 7 kW avait \u00e9t\u00e9 estim\u00e9e. Les grilles de sortie d&rsquo;air doivent \u00eatre plac\u00e9es \u00e0 des endroits strat\u00e9giques, loin des portes ou des fen\u00eatres, afin de maximiser l&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 du chauffage. Dans ce projet, les conduits ont \u00e9t\u00e9 install\u00e9s sous le toit, ce qui a permis de les dissimuler et d&rsquo;am\u00e9liorer la distribution de la chaleur (voir photo ci-dessous). Ce mod\u00e8le de po\u00eale offre une sortie frontale pour chauffer la pi\u00e8ce principale et une sortie gainable d&rsquo;une port\u00e9e de 7 m\u00e8tres \u00e0 l&rsquo;horizontale, sans besoin de moteur auxiliaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;installation n\u00e9cessite \u00e9galement une \u00e9vacuation des fum\u00e9es vers l&rsquo;ext\u00e9rieur conforme \u00e0 la r\u00e9glementation espagnole en mati\u00e8re de construction. Dans ce cas, le conduit de fum\u00e9e utilise un tuyau en acier inoxydable 316L de 80 mm de diam\u00e8tre et une sortie en toiture de 6 m\u00e8tres. D&rsquo;une mani\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, il est essentiel de bien \u00e9tanch\u00e9ifier les raccordements entre tuyaux souples et rigides, ainsi que de bien isoler les zones de contact avec les mat\u00e9riaux combustibles. Comme il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;un po\u00eale encastr\u00e9, des grilles doivent \u00eatre install\u00e9es pour \u00e9viter la surchauffe de l&rsquo;appareil (voir figure ci-dessous).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une fois l&rsquo;installation termin\u00e9e, l&rsquo;entreprise doit effectuer tous les contr\u00f4les n\u00e9cessaires pour garantir la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 du syst\u00e8me, en v\u00e9rifiant l&rsquo;absence de fuites de fum\u00e9e et en minimisant le risque d&rsquo;incendie.
