Ceci est le cas d\u2019un remplacement d\u2019une ancienne chaudi\u00e8re fioul par une pompe \u00e0 chaleur a\u00e9rothermique monobloc modulante. La technologie employ\u00e9e par cette pompe \u00e0 chaleur a\u00e9rothermique permet de faire de l\u2019installation un syst\u00e8me renouvelable tr\u00e8s efficace qui utilise l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie de l&rsquo;environnement pour chauffer la maison, ainsi que pour chauffer l&rsquo;eau chaude sanitaire. Le syst\u00e8me atteint des rendements de plus de 400% gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l&rsquo;utilisation de l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie de l&rsquo;air ext\u00e9rieur, ce qui se traduit par de grandes \u00e9conomies sur la facture \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique annuelle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans cette maison individuelle de 190 m2 \u00e0 S\u00e9govie (Espagne) compte sur deux salles de bain et sur un syst\u00e8me de plancher chauffant comme \u00e9metteur pour le chauffage. L\u2019ancienne chaudi\u00e8re fioul a \u00e9t\u00e9 remplac\u00e9e par une pompe \u00e0 chaleur a\u00e9rothermique ecoAIR EVI 3-12 dans le but de r\u00e9duire les co\u00fbts \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques \u00e9lev\u00e9s et les \u00e9missions de CO2. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ce projet de r\u00e9habilitation men\u00e9 par la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Segotermia Instalaciones, de grandes \u00e9conomies ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9es sur la facture \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique, passant d&rsquo;un co\u00fbt de 246 \u20ac de fioul en janvier 2019 \u00e0 une consommation de 47,6 \u20ac sur la facture d&rsquo;\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 en janvier 2020, tenant compte dans les deux cas de la production de l\u2019eau chaude sanitaire et du chauffage.
