installateur<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<p>Op basis van een energieaudit in opdracht van de projectontwikkelaar van het Ferro-gebouw werd geconcludeerd dat het bestaande klimaatbeheersingssysteem verouderd was en niet voldeed aan de vereiste comfort- en energie-effici\u00ebntienormen. Daarom heeft dit project tot doel de beschrijving, berekening en ontwerp van een nieuwe hybride thermische installatie op basis van hernieuwbare energie voor de klimaatregeling van het Ferro-gebouw op de Campus Norte van de Universiteit van Vigo in de stad Ourense, die een groot deel van de energiebehoefte van het gebouw dekt.<\/p>\n\n<p>De oude klimaatregeling van het gebouw maakte gebruik van 2 stookolieketels van 535 kW\/eenheid voor de verwarming, 7 klimaatregelingsunits met directe expansie voor het hele gebouw en 2 koelmachines van 332 kW. Deze bestaande installatie zal op geen enkele wijze worden gewijzigd en zal alleen nog dienen als ondersteuning van de nieuwe hybride installatie op momenten van piekvraag, met alle voordelen van dien op het gebied van energie-effici\u00ebntie en milieu.<\/p>\n\n<p>Daarom werd overwogen om een thermisch energiesysteem te installeren bestaande uit 5 ecoGEO HP 25-100 kW geothermische warmtepompen (Ecoforest) om te voorzien in de vraag van 86,7 kW\/eenheid in verwarmingsmodus (de belangrijkste vraag van het gebouw), waarvan het hybride opvangingssysteem zal bestaan uit 36 geothermische boringen van 140 m diep in de omgeving van het gebouw, evenals 3 buitenunits voor aerothermie (\u201cDry Coolers\u201d), die 36,7 kW\/unit in verwarmingsmodus kunnen leveren en op het dak van het gebouw zijn geplaatst.<\/p>\n\n<p>Het nieuwe opwekkingssysteem zal worden aangesloten op de huidige emissiecircuits, die gebaseerd zijn op het gebruik van de bestaande airconditioning.<\/p>\n\n<p>Met dit systeem wordt een energiebesparing van 701.045 kWh\/jaar beoogd en wordt de uitstoot van 223,27 ton CO2 per jaar vermeden, wat we kunnen vertalen naar de CO<sub>2<\/sub> die door 11.603 bomen wordt opgenomen.<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"767\" src=\"https:\/\/ecoforest.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/Sala_tecnica_edificio_ferro-1024x767.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-8887\" title=\"\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ecoforest.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/Sala_tecnica_edificio_ferro-1024x767.jpeg 1024w, https:\/\/ecoforest.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/Sala_tecnica_edificio_ferro-300x225.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/ecoforest.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/Sala_tecnica_edificio_ferro-768x575.jpeg 768w, https:\/\/ecoforest.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/Sala_tecnica_edificio_ferro-1536x1150.jpeg 1536w, https:\/\/ecoforest.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/Sala_tecnica_edificio_ferro.jpeg 1600w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Afbeelding: Technische ruimte (5 ecoGEO HP).<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Verantwoordelijken voor de uitvoering van de geothermische installatie<\/h2>\n\n<p>De aanvrager van dit project is de Universiteit van Vigo, gevestigd te Lagoas s\/n, Campus Universitario, in Marcosende, 36310 Vigo, Pontevedra.<\/p>\n\n<p>De ontwerper die dit project ondertekent is David Novoa Rodr\u00edguez. De werkzaamheden voor de vervanging van de airconditioning zijn uitgevoerd door Energanova Soluciones S.L.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Locatie van de werkzaamheden<\/h2>\n\n<p>De installaties bevinden zich in de R\u00faa Doutor Temes Fern\u00e1ndez 1, in het centrum van de stad Ourense.
