Phase, die im Folgenden beschrieben wird, umfasst 75 Wohnungen, die zweite Phase 98 Wohnungen.<\/p>\n\n<p>Bei diesem Projekt wurde beschlossen, geothermische W\u00e4rmepumpen zu installieren, da dies die effizienteste Methode ist, um mit erneuerbaren Energien zu heizen, zu k\u00fchlen und Warmwasser zu erzeugen.<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" Wohnungen wird mit zwei ecoGEO HP3 25-100 kW W\u00e4rmepumpen beheizt, die 200 kW W\u00e4rmeenergie erzeugen k\u00f6nnen, um den Bedarf aller Wohnungen zu decken.<\/p>\n\n<p>Das Erfassungssystem besteht aus 42 geothermischen Bohrl\u00f6chern mit einer Tiefe von 100 m.<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\" Einsatz von geothermischen W\u00e4rmepumpen lassen sich unglaublich hohe Wirkungsgrade erzielen, wie die folgende Abbildung zeigt. Im M\u00e4rz lag der saisonale Wirkungsgrad bei 5, d. h., 1 kW verbrauchter elektrischer Energie erzeugt 5 kW W\u00e4rmeenergie oder, anders ausgedr\u00fcckt, 4 kW W\u00e4rmeenergie werden aus den Brunnen gewonnen.<\/p>\n\n<p>Im Laufe des Jahres verbessert sich der saisonale Wirkungsgrad sogar auf bis zu 5,5.
