salamandra de biomassa canaliz\u00e1vel come\u00e7a com uma an\u00e1lise detalhada da casa, incluindo a localiza\u00e7\u00e3o da salamandra e o c\u00e1lculo das cargas t\u00e9rmicas para determinar a pot\u00eancia requerida pela instala\u00e7\u00e3o. Este modelo, concebido para ser encastrado, tem uma porta de vidro que permite a visualiza\u00e7\u00e3o da chama, o que o torna ideal para ser instalado em lareiras existentes ou como ponto focal na sala de estar. As carater\u00edsticas da casa, como a altura, o isolamento e os materiais de constru\u00e7\u00e3o, influenciam diretamente a pot\u00eancia necess\u00e1ria. Neste caso espec\u00edfico, trata-se de uma casa nova com um volume de 214,30 m\u00b3, para a qual foi estimada uma pot\u00eancia de 7 kW. Neste caso, foi escolhido um modelo de 12 kW devido ao seu design e desempenho, que \u00e9 capaz de regular at\u00e9 n\u00edveis de pot\u00eancia baixos, de acordo com as necessidades da instala\u00e7\u00e3o.    <\/p>\n<style>.wp-block-kadence-advancedheading.kt-adv-heading_66dab5-8d, .wp-block-kadence-advancedheading.kt-adv-heading_66dab5-8d[data-kb-block=\"kb-adv-heading_66dab5-8d\"]{font-style:normal;}.wp-block-kadence-advancedheading.kt-adv-heading_66dab5-8d mark.kt-highlight, .wp-block-kadence-advancedheading.kt-adv-heading_66dab5-8d[data-kb-block=\"kb-adv-heading_66dab5-8d\"] mark.kt-highlight{font-style:normal;color:#f76a0c;-webkit-box-decoration-break:clone;box-decoration-break:clone;padding-top:0px;padding-right:0px;padding-bottom:0px;padding-left:0px;}<\/style>\n<h2 class=\"kt-adv-heading_66dab5-8d wp-block-kadence-advancedheading\" data-kb-block=\"kb-adv-heading_66dab5-8d\"><strong>Requisitos t\u00e9cnicos<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>A conce\u00e7\u00e3o da distribui\u00e7\u00e3o do calor inclui o planeamento das condutas, que transportam o ar aquecido para as diferentes divis\u00f5es, minimizando as perdas de calor. As grelhas de sa\u00edda de ar devem estar estrategicamente localizadas longe de portas ou janelas para maximizar a efici\u00eancia do aquecimento. Neste projeto, as condutas foram instaladas na parte inferior do conv\u00e9s, o que permitiu ocultar os tubos e melhorar a distribui\u00e7\u00e3o do calor (ver imagem abaixo). Este modelo de fog\u00e3o oferece uma sa\u00edda frontal para aquecer a divis\u00e3o principal e uma sa\u00edda canaliz\u00e1vel com um alcance de at\u00e9 7 metros na horizontal, sem necessidade de motores auxiliares.   <\/p>\n\n<p>A instala\u00e7\u00e3o necessita igualmente de uma sa\u00edda de fumos para o exterior, em conformidade com as normas RITE. Neste caso, a chamin\u00e9 utiliza um tubo de a\u00e7o inoxid\u00e1vel 316L com um di\u00e2metro de 80 mm e uma sa\u00edda de 6 metros para o telhado. Em geral, \u00e9 essencial vedar corretamente as liga\u00e7\u00f5es entre tubos flex\u00edveis e r\u00edgidos, bem como isolar adequadamente as zonas de contacto com materiais combust\u00edveis. Como se trata de um fog\u00e3o de encastrar, devem ser instaladas grelhas para evitar o sobreaquecimento do equipamento (ver figura abaixo).   <\/p>\n\n<p>Uma vez conclu\u00edda a instala\u00e7\u00e3o, a empresa deve efetuar todas as verifica\u00e7\u00f5es necess\u00e1rias para garantir a seguran\u00e7a do sistema, verificando a aus\u00eancia de fugas de fumo e minimizando o risco de inc\u00eandio.
