Para ele, a responsabilidade de manter um edif\u00edcio protegido anda de m\u00e3os dadas com a necessidade de minimizar o seu impacto ambiental.<\/p>\n\n<p>A recente renova\u00e7\u00e3o do Castelo de Merode, um monumento hist\u00f3rico belga que data do s\u00e9culo XIV, enfrentou desafios importantes. Entre eles, adaptar um sistema de aquecimento para funcionar com os radiadores existentes, respeitar a est\u00e9tica e os materiais de constru\u00e7\u00e3o do edif\u00edcio e aquecer os amplos espa\u00e7os interiores do castelo. No entanto, apesar dos obst\u00e1culos, este projeto demonstra as capacidades excecionais das bombas de calor Ecoforest, mesmo nos projetos mais dif\u00edceis. A solu\u00e7\u00e3o inovadora? Aquatermia: coletores de calor concebidos especificamente para massas de \u00e1gua. Esta tecnologia de ponta extrai at\u00e9 90 kW de calor do fosso do castelo, com 5.000 m\u00b3 de capacidade. O projeto foi gerido pela Extraqt, uma empresa de engenharia especializada em aquatermia, em colabora\u00e7\u00e3o com a Eco-Techn.<\/p>\n\n<p>Foi desenvolvido um g\u00e9meo digital para simular o processo de arrefecimento da \u00e1gua durante a extra\u00e7\u00e3o de calor. Atrav\u00e9s de um sistema de circuito fechado e uma rede de tubos de 100 metros, este calor \u00e9 transferido para a bomba de calor do castelo. Para garantir a fiabilidade, a caldeira a g\u00e1s existente foi combinada com a bomba de calor de alta pot\u00eancia, fornecendo calor adicional durante os dias extremamente frios.<\/p>\n\n<p>Para complementar o sistema, pain\u00e9is solares instalados num telheiro pr\u00f3ximo contribuem para o fornecimento de eletricidade. Apesar da complexidade desta renova\u00e7\u00e3o e da depend\u00eancia de radiadores convencionais, a instala\u00e7\u00e3o atinge um impressionante SCOP de 3,2 pontos.
