s\u00f3 a uma melhoria da efici\u00eancia energ\u00e9tica, mas tamb\u00e9m a uma poupan\u00e7a significativa de custos.Antes da instala\u00e7\u00e3o, a mesma casa tinha custos anuais de 5.803 euros com uma caldeira de condensa\u00e7\u00e3o.O novo sistema de bomba de calor reduziu este custo para 2.015 euros no per\u00edodo de 2021-2022, uma poupan\u00e7a de 66%.Com melhorias adicionais, como a gest\u00e3o din\u00e2mica da AQS e a HTR introduzidas em 2022-2023, o custo desceu ainda mais para 1.460 EUR, gerando uma poupan\u00e7a adicional de 28 %.No total, a redu\u00e7\u00e3o ascendeu a 4.320 diretamente repercutidas na redu\u00e7\u00e3o da pegada de carbono. Enquanto o sistema inicial com uma caldeira de condensa\u00e7\u00e3o tinha uma pegada de carbono de 9.943 kg de CO2 por ano, a instala\u00e7\u00e3o da bomba de calor juntamente com a energia fotovoltaica permitiu uma poupan\u00e7a de 71,7 %, para 2.816 kg de CO2 por ano. Com as melhorias introduzidas no per\u00edodo 2022-2023, esta diminui\u00e7\u00e3o desceu mais 27%, para apenas 2041 kg de CO2 por ano.
