href=\"https:\/\/ecoforest.com\/pt-pt\/pedir-orcamento\/\">Encontre um instalador<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<p>Com base numa auditoria energ\u00e9tica encomendada pelo promotor das obras no edif\u00edcio Ferro, concluiu-se que o sistema de climatiza\u00e7\u00e3o existente estava obsoleto, n\u00e3o apresentando o n\u00edvel de conforto nem de efici\u00eancia energ\u00e9tica exigido. Por isso, o presente projeto tem como objetivo a descri\u00e7\u00e3o, c\u00e1lculo e conce\u00e7\u00e3o de uma nova instala\u00e7\u00e3o t\u00e9rmica h\u00edbrida renov\u00e1vel para a climatiza\u00e7\u00e3o do edif\u00edcio Ferro, no Campus Norte da Universidade de Vigo, na cidade de Ourense, que cubra grande parte das necessidades energ\u00e9ticas do edif\u00edcio.<\/p>\n\n<p>O antigo sistema de climatiza\u00e7\u00e3o do edif\u00edcio utilizava duas caldeiras a gas\u00f3leo de 535 kW\/ud para a produ\u00e7\u00e3o de aquecimento, sete aparelhos de climatiza\u00e7\u00e3o para servir todo o edif\u00edcio com expans\u00e3o direta e duas refrigeradoras de 332 kW. Essa instala\u00e7\u00e3o anterior n\u00e3o ser\u00e1 de forma alguma modificada, ficando apenas com a fun\u00e7\u00e3o de apoio \u00e0 nova instala\u00e7\u00e3o h\u00edbrida renov\u00e1vel em momentos de pico de demanda, com todas as vantagens que isso implica, tanto em termos de efici\u00eancia energ\u00e9tica como ambientais.<\/p>\n\n<p>Prop\u00f5e-se, portanto, a execu\u00e7\u00e3o de um sistema de gera\u00e7\u00e3o t\u00e9rmica composto por 5 unidades de bomba de calor geot\u00e9rmica ecoGEO HP 25-100 kW (Ecoforest) para abastecer a demanda de 86,7 kW\/unidade em modo aquecimento (que \u00e9 a demanda principal do edif\u00edcio), cujo sistema de capta\u00e7\u00e3o h\u00edbrido contar\u00e1 com 36 sondagens geot\u00e9rmicas de 140 m de profundidade localizadas nas imedia\u00e7\u00f5es do edif\u00edcio, bem como 3 unidades exteriores de aerotermia (\u00abDry Coolers\u00bb), capazes de fornecer 36,7 kW\/unidade em modo de aquecimento, localizadas no telhado do edif\u00edcio.<\/p>\n\n<p>O novo sistema de gera\u00e7\u00e3o ser\u00e1 conectado aos circuitos emissores atualmente utilizados, que se baseiam no uso do climatizador existente.<\/p>\n\n<p>Com este sistema, pretende-se obter uma economia de energia de 701.045 kWh\/ano e evitar a emiss\u00e3o de 223,27 toneladas de CO2 por ano, o que podemos traduzir em CO<sub>2<\/sub> absorvido por 11.603 \u00e1rvores.<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"767\" src=\"https:\/\/ecoforest.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/Sala_tecnica_edificio_ferro-1024x767.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-8887\" title=\"\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ecoforest.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/Sala_tecnica_edificio_ferro-1024x767.jpeg 1024w, https:\/\/ecoforest.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/Sala_tecnica_edificio_ferro-300x225.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/ecoforest.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/Sala_tecnica_edificio_ferro-768x575.jpeg 768w, https:\/\/ecoforest.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/Sala_tecnica_edificio_ferro-1536x1150.jpeg 1536w, https:\/\/ecoforest.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/Sala_tecnica_edificio_ferro.jpeg 1600w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Figura: Sala t\u00e9cnica (5 ecoGEO HP).<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Respons\u00e1veis pela instala\u00e7\u00e3o geot\u00e9rmica<\/h2>\n\n<p>O requerente do presente projeto \u00e9 a Universidade de Vigo, com sede em Lagoas s\/n, Campus Universit\u00e1rio, em Marcosende, 36310 Vigo, Pontevedra.<\/p>\n\n<p>O projetista que subscreve o presente projeto \u00e9 David Novoa Rodr\u00edguez. Os trabalhos de substitui\u00e7\u00e3o do sistema de climatiza\u00e7\u00e3o foram realizados pela Energanova Soluciones S.L.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Localiza\u00e7\u00e3o da obra<\/h2>\n\n<p>As instala\u00e7\u00f5es est\u00e3o localizadas na R\u00faa Doutor Temes Fern\u00e1ndez 1, no centro urbano da cidade de Ourense.
