Figuras hist\u00f3ricas como Fernando de Arag\u00e3o e Filipe II est\u00e3o associadas ao castelo.<\/p>\n\n<p>O castelo foi declarado monumento nacional em 1931. Entre 1958 e 1960 foi restaurado pelos seus atuais propriet\u00e1rios, a fam\u00edlia Fern\u00e1ndez de Troc\u00f3niz, que em 18 de julho de 2003 o transformou num hotel de luxo com 41 quartos.<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"600\" height=\"450\" src=\"https:\/\/ecoforest.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/castillo-buen-amor2.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-8826\" title=\"\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ecoforest.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/castillo-buen-amor2.jpg 600w, https:\/\/ecoforest.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/castillo-buen-amor2-300x225.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><h3><b><strong>Hotel hist\u00f3rico<\/strong><\/b><\/h3><\/h3>\n\n<p>A Quantum Servicios Energ\u00e9ticos aposta na inova\u00e7\u00e3o e na implementa\u00e7\u00e3o de sistemas eficientes que combinam energias, conseguindo assim edif\u00edcios mais sustent\u00e1veis e comprometidos com o ambiente. O hotel tinha caldeiras a gas\u00f3leo (650 kW) e refrigeradoras, ambos os sistemas no final da sua vida \u00fatil. A procura energ\u00e9tica de calor era de 599 329 kWh. Al\u00e9m deste sistema, o hotel tinha tamb\u00e9m uma instala\u00e7\u00e3o de energia solar fotovoltaica, tamb\u00e9m da mesma empresa.<\/p>\n\n<p>A proposta consistiu em instalar um sistema de bomba de calor (4 unidades HP3 25-100 em cascata) com uma capta\u00e7\u00e3o h\u00edbrida que combina po\u00e7os geot\u00e9rmicos e aerot\u00e9rmicos. Com um rendimento sazonal de 5, foi obtido um consumo de 119.865 kW.
