Localizados em Organy\u00e2<\/b><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\n<\/ul><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<p>O Mosteiro de Santa Maria de Vallbona, localizado na comarca catal\u00e3 de Urgel, conta com bombas de calor geot\u00e9rmicas Ecoforest para a climatiza\u00e7\u00e3o das suas instala\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n\n<p>A produ\u00e7\u00e3o de ACS e o apoio ao aquecimento a alta temperatura s\u00e3o poss\u00edveis gra\u00e7as a duas bombas <a href=\"https:\/\/ecoforest.com\/es\/mas\/area-de-descargas#fichas-tecnicas\">ecoGEO B4 5-22Kw HTR EH<\/a>, que somam um total de 44 kW de pot\u00eancia t\u00e9rmica nominal. A nova unidade trabalhar\u00e1 para a produ\u00e7\u00e3o de \u00e1gua quente sobre o permutador existente que aquece o dep\u00f3sito de 1000 L de ACS. Uma vez atingida a consigna, ser\u00e1 aquecido o dep\u00f3sito de \u00e1gua quente de 500 l, tamb\u00e9m existente. Depois de aquecer a \u00e1gua quente, a m\u00e1quina pode dedicar-se ao apoio da instala\u00e7\u00e3o de aquecimento no dep\u00f3sito de in\u00e9rcia de 500 l da sala de geotermia ou \u00e0 climatiza\u00e7\u00e3o das salas g\u00f3ticas, aquecendo o novo dep\u00f3sito de in\u00e9rcia de 800 l, situado abaixo destas, na sala dos coletores.<\/p>\n\n<p>Com a instala\u00e7\u00e3o do e-manager da Ecoforest, os excedentes de energia fotovoltaica s\u00e3o geridos. No inverno, se dispon\u00edveis, s\u00e3o utilizados para a produ\u00e7\u00e3o de ACS ou apoio ao aquecimento. No ver\u00e3o, para a produ\u00e7\u00e3o de ACS e refrigera\u00e7\u00e3o das salas g\u00f3ticas, se houver excedente, o dep\u00f3sito de in\u00e9rcia de 800 l que alimenta os fancoils da sala g\u00f3tica \u00e9 arrefecido para fornecer frio.<br\/><\/p>\n\n<p><b><strong>SISTEMA DE CAPTA\u00c7\u00c3O<\/strong><\/b><\/p>\n\n<p>Trata-se de um circuito de capta\u00e7\u00e3o composto por 19 po\u00e7os de 125 ml com sonda dupla de 32 mm.<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"913\" height=\"189\" src=\"https:\/\/ecoforest.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/Tipo_de_perforacion_page-0001.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1019\" title=\"\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ecoforest.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/Tipo_de_perforacion_page-0001.jpg 913w, https:\/\/ecoforest.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/Tipo_de_perforacion_page-0001-300x62.jpg 300w, https:\/\/ecoforest.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/Tipo_de_perforacion_page-0001-768x159.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 913px) 100vw, 913px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n<p>De acordo com o teste de resposta t\u00e9rmica do terreno (TRT) realizado no primeiro dos po\u00e7os pela empresa Sialtec geotermia e seguindo a normativa alem\u00e3 VDI, o terreno podia extrair uma pot\u00eancia entre 46,2 \u2013 48,5 W\/m se n\u00e3o se encontrasse \u00e1gua, como era o caso deste primeiro po\u00e7o. Nos restantes po\u00e7os, nos quais se encontrou \u00e1gua e de acordo com o mesmo estudo, a pot\u00eancia a extrair poderia situar-se entre 51,5 e 53,4 W\/m. No caso mais favor\u00e1vel, observando a rea\u00e7\u00e3o dos po\u00e7os ao longo dos dois invernos, a instala\u00e7\u00e3o funcionou e a pot\u00eancia que os po\u00e7os podem dissipar \u00e9 de 53,4 W\/m, ou seja, 126 825 W. Os gr\u00e1ficos de temperatura dos po\u00e7os neste per\u00edodo indicam que a temperatura n\u00e3o desce abaixo dos 9 \u00baC, o que significa que o rendimento real dos po\u00e7os \u00e9 superior ao calculado pelo TRT realizado na terceira fase. <\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"988\" height=\"485\" src=\"https:\/\/ecoforest.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/Grafica_Monasterio_sistema_de_captacion.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1016\" title=\"\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ecoforest.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/Grafica_Monasterio_sistema_de_captacion.jpg 988w, https:\/\/ecoforest.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/Grafica_Monasterio_sistema_de_captacion-300x147.jpg 300w, https:\/\/ecoforest.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/Grafica_Monasterio_sistema_de_captacion-768x377.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 988px) 100vw, 988px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n<p>Se aumentarmos a demanda t\u00e9rmica em 44 kW, obtemos a simula\u00e7\u00e3o das temperaturas nos po\u00e7os nos pr\u00f3ximos tr\u00eas anos. Com estas simula\u00e7\u00f5es, podemos garantir ao longo de 25 anos que o terreno \u00e9 capaz de dissipar a energia trocada anualmente e com par\u00e2metros aproximadamente iguais aos iniciais. Em especial, foram tidas em conta as normas vigentes em mat\u00e9ria de prote\u00e7\u00e3o contra inc\u00eandios.
