Na Ecoforest estamos abertos a ideias inovadoras e por isso decidimos colaborar neste projecto de demonstra\u00e7\u00e3o realizado na Comunidade de Madrid. Este ed\u00edficio de origem industrial foi totalmente re-desenhado de modo a obter a certifica\u00e7\u00e3o Passivhaus, aplicando t\u00e9cnicas de constru\u00e7\u00e3o, de climatiza\u00e7\u00e3o e de controlo de modo a obter um edif\u00edcio \u00fanico e seguindo todos os crit\u00e9rios necess\u00e1rios \u00e0 certifica\u00e7\u00e3o Passivhaus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

O papel da Ecoforest \u00e9 vital para obter essa certifica\u00e7\u00e3o, pois a bomba de calor ecoGEO com capta\u00e7\u00e3o h\u00edbrida entre furos geot\u00e9rmicos e unidades de ar AU12, em conjunto com um sistema e-manager e um sistema de pa\u00edneis fotovoltaicos fazem que o consumo energ\u00e9tico deste edfif\u00edcio seja muito baixo ou mesmo nulo em certas condi\u00e7\u00f5es..<\/p>\n\n\n\n
