refrigera\u00e7\u00e3o e \u00e1gua quente sanit\u00e1ria (ACS), respeitando as caracter\u00edsticas hist\u00f3ricas e est\u00e9ticas do edif\u00edcio. O projeto apresentava muitos desafios, entre eles, a sala t\u00e9cnica teve que ser instalada em uma antiga adega com teto abobadado, o que obrigou a instaladora a criar um plano espec\u00edfico em 3D para garantir o correto posicionamento das bombas de calor no edif\u00edcio.<\/p>\n\n<p>A instala\u00e7\u00e3o exigiu a perfura\u00e7\u00e3o de treze po\u00e7os de 100 metros de profundidade para fornecer energia a tr\u00eas bombas de calor <a href=\"https:\/\/ecoforest.com\/es\/productos\/bombas-de-calor\/geotermia\/ecogeo-5-22\/\">ecoGEO<sup>+<\/sup> B4T 5-22 HTR EH<\/a> e dois dep\u00f3sitos de in\u00e9rcia de 500 litros de a\u00e7o carbono da Ecoforest. A instala\u00e7\u00e3o de uma cascata com tr\u00eas equipamentos permite obter um elevado n\u00edvel de redund\u00e2ncia e garantir a satisfa\u00e7\u00e3o das necessidades de ACS, aquecimento e refrigera\u00e7\u00e3o.
